Booking & Reservations
You can book directly through our website's Booking page, contact us via WhatsApp at +63 908 715 8160, or send us an email at info@sundownersbeachzambales.com. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons and holidays.
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment can be made via bank transfer and GCash.
Free cancellation is available 14 or more days before check-in. Cancellations 7–13 days prior receive a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in. We strongly recommend travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events.
Yes, date modifications are allowed subject to villa availability. Please contact us at least 7 days before your original check-in date to request a change. Date changes within 7 days are subject to approval and may incur a modification fee.
Yes! We offer discounted rates for stays of 5 nights or more. Contact us directly for custom long-stay packages and group discounts. We also have seasonal promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Check-In & Policies
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 NN (noon). Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to villa availability — please request at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Yes! Sundowners is proudly pet-friendly. You may bring up to 2 pets (dogs or cats). Please inform us during booking and ensure your pets are vaccinated and on a leash in common areas. A small pet fee may apply.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all villas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the property. Violation of this policy may result in a cleaning surcharge.
Day visitors are allowed for villa guests with prior notice and a nominal day-use fee per person. Overnight visitors who are not part of the original booking must be declared and may require an additional accommodation charge.
We maintain quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests. Loud music, generators, and fireworks are not allowed after 10:00 PM. We appreciate your cooperation!
Amenities & Villas
All villa rates include: use of private pool (if applicable), beachfront access, WiFi, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, parking, BBQ equipment, kayaks, and paddle boards. The resort infinity pool and beach club access are also included for villa guests.
Yes, all villas are fully equipped with hotel-quality linens, bath towels, and pool/beach towels. These are replaced daily during housekeeping. Additional linens can be requested from our concierge team.
Villa rates are accommodation-only (no meals included). Our villas feature fully equipped kitchens for self-catering. Our restaurant and Beach Club are open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. BBQ packages can also be arranged with 24 hours notice.
Absolutely! Our villas have fully equipped kitchens and you are welcome to bring your own groceries and beverages. There's a small corkage fee for outside wine and spirits consumed in the restaurant area. BBQ grill use is complimentary for villa guests.
Getting There
Sundowners is approximately 3 to 4 hours from Metro Manila via NLEX-SCTEX to the Subic exit, then heading north along the Zambales coastline. The exact travel time depends on traffic conditions. We recommend departing Manila early morning or mid-week to avoid traffic.
Yes, free parking is available for all villa guests on our secure property. We have sufficient space to accommodate multiple vehicles per villa booking. Overnight parking is permitted and monitored by our security team.
We can arrange van transfers from major Manila terminals (Victory Liner Cubao/Pasay, San Fernando Pampanga, or NAIA Airport) to Sundowners. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange this service. Additional charges apply.
Within 10–15 minutes: convenience stores, local restaurants, wet market, pharmacy, and gas stations. Olongapo City (Robinsons, SM, hospitals) is approximately 30–40 minutes away. Clark/Angeles is about 1.5 hours. We recommend bringing all essentials for a seamless stay.
